• Masks are mandatory and have to be on an individual at all times well inside the business.  

• Temperature check upon arrival.

• Put sanitizer on immediately upon arrival (Sanitizer will be provided at the front door).

• Maintain social distancing 6 feet ( 2 meters) from others that are not immediate family.

• If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 we would be happy to rebook your appointment for a later date.
